UTILITARIAN's first product designed was our ANDRO KNEE BOOT. Bentley has always had an affinity for long pointed toe boots, but could rarely find this style in the mens shoe section. When he finally found a pair in the women's section that were size 42 (his size), the center seam tore in half while trying to get them on. After that, he vowed that he wasn't going to go through the emotional turmoil again and create a brand that sold gender neutral boots he loved that would fit all feet - man, woman, or anything in between.

We don’t usually like to pick favorites, but we can’t help but choose white as our favorite color for the winter! You may think this is a fashion faux pas, but we think this color comes alive during the winter. The way we think about it is that the color white emulates the beauty of winter - the crisp and clean color of a ski town when covered in a blanket of snow; the purity of a new year and the changes it can bring. We like to bring the same type of ideation to the colors we dress in for the winter.
The REX top is the perfect winter white to add to your wardrobe. The oversized silhouette draped in crisp Japanese cotton poplin is a perfect top for an apres-ski dinner at your slopeside resort. Pair the REX top with a pair of drapey trousers (as pictured) or continue the color palette with our oversized ALFYN pants in brushed white denim (coming soon). Both pants elevate the top even more and create a sophisticated, yet approachable look and comfortable feel.
